The President of March of Dimes, Dr. Jennifer L. Howse will be honoring Nathan S. Collier on November 11, 2015 at 8:30am at UF Health during her visit to Gainesville. Nathan S. Collier is the owner of The Collier Companies and the founding sponsor of Gators March for Babies.
Along with this honor, Collier, Dr. Howse and other support staff from UF Health and March of Dimes will go on a brief NICU tour to connect to the babies that benefit from the support of longtime sponsors like Nathan Collier and The Collier Companies.

During Collier’s involvement in the Gators March for Babies campaign, he has given over $100,000 in the past 12 years. Collier has also decided to give away a free apartment for one year to the highest individual donor for the Gators March for Babies on November 22, 2015.
November is Prematurity Awareness Month, and organizations and individuals around the globe will observe World Prematurity Day on November 17. Prominent buildings and landmarks in several states, including the Empire State Building in New York City, will be shining in purple light to symbolize hope for a healthy start for more babies.
