Key Club International organizations are encouraged to work with March of Dimes as one of three designated charities. They’ve enjoyed decades of strong partnership with us, and we continue to innovate new awareness and fundraising activities together. Key Club students participate in their local March for Babies, making a positive impact in the lives of moms, babies, and families in their communities and beyond.
Formed in 1925, Key Club is the oldest and—with more than 215,000 members nationwide on nearly 5,000 high school campuses—largest service program for high school students. It’s a student-led organization that teaches leadership through serving others, and as part of the Kiwanis International family, members also build themselves as they build their schools and communities.
Key Club organizations nationwide have worked to raise money for March of Dimes since 1978, supporting efforts to help every family have a healthy pregnancy and baby, and educating communities about the crisis of preterm birth.
