Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and March of Dimes work together to improve birth outcomes and reduce racial and ethnic disparities in the U.S.
Phi Beta Sigma National Service Partner

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and March of Dimes have been working together since the 1980s. The partnership initially began with Project SATAP, Sigmas Against Teen-Age Pregnancy. In 2001, the relationship evolved to focus on raising awareness of programs and services that positively impact parents, babies, and their families. Today, local chapters across the country are promoting the updated Building Strong Fathers Program at least once a year.

With a motto of "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity," Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity helps March of Dimes achieve a few of its vital objectives to improve birth outcomes, reduce racial and ethnic disparities, and promote resources to help parents and their babies to be healthy and strong.
