• In Rhode Islandin 2011,23.6% of women in households with an annual income of less than $10,000 reported smoking two to six months after the birth of their baby, compared to 24.1% among $10,000-$24,999, 17.2% in $25,000-$49,999 and 5.1% in $50,000 and over.
