• In New Jersey during 2014-2016 (average), the highest birth rates per 1,000 women were to women ages 30-39 (93.0), followed by women ages 20-29 (73.3), ages 40 and older (15.6) and ages 15-19 (12.2). 
• Of all live births in New Jersey during 2014-2016 (average), 3.3% were to women under the age of 20, 39.9% were to women ages 20-29, 52.3% were to women ages 30-39, and 4.5% were to women ages 40 and older.
