• During 2016-2018 (average) in New Hampshire, the rate of cesarean deliveries was highest for women ages 40 and older (47.5%), followed by women ages 30-39 (34.2%), ages 20-29 (27.4%) and under age 20 (19.9%). 
• Of all infants born during 2014-2016 (average), 3.6% were to mothers under the age of 20, 46.1% were to mothers ages 20-29 years, 47.4% were to mothers ages 30-39 years, and 2.8% were to mothers ages 40 and older.
