• Among mothers whose infants were discharged within 48 hours after delivery in Illinois in 2009, 94.0% of women in households with an annual income of less than $10,000 reported an infant checkup within one week of discharge, compared to 96.9% among $10,000-$24,999, 93.7% in $25,000-$49,999 and 96.8% in $50,000 and over.
