• In Arkansas in 2011, 25.2% of women in households with an annual income of less than $10,000 had a pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) classified as obese, compared to 27.0% among $10,000-$24,999, 24.5% in $25,000-$49,999 and 20.6% in $50,000 and over.
