1st Annual Pittsburgh Run for Babies

    Sunday, June 08, 2014
    Time: 8:00 AM
    Registration Time: 7:00 AM
    Heinz Field
    100 Art Rooney Avenue
    Pittsburgh, PA 15212

Run baby run!  The March of Dimes is proud to present its inaugural Pittsburgh Run for Babies, a 5K run on Sunday, June 8, 2014.  Lace up your running shoes and join us in support of stronger, healthier babies.  The run begins at 8:00 a.m. at Heinz Field (home of the Pittsburgh Steelers) with the course taking you along General Robinson onto River Avenue, up to Heinz Street, onto the North Shore Trails to the Finish Line at Art Rooney Avenue.

Run for Babies will be followed by the March of Dimes walking event, March for Babies.  When you run or walk on Sunday, June 8th, you give hope to the nearly half a million babies born too soon each year. The money you raise supports programs in our community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. And it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies.

Run for Babies Chair: John Armstrong, Cigna

All runners will receive an official race t-shirt and chip timing.

If you register before April 15th, registration is $25.00

If you register between April 15th and May 16th, Registration is $30.00
