Massachusetts March of Dimes Names Dr. Craig Best to Board of Directors

The Boston-Manchester Market of the March of Dimes today announced that Craig Best, MD, has been elected to the organization’s board of directors. Dr. Best, the President and CEO of Tufts Medical Center Physicians Organization, is also the chair-elect for the 2018 Boston March for Babies event, which is scheduled for May 2018, at the DCR Hatch Memorial Shell.
“We are thrilled to have Dr. Best join our Board of Directors,” said Ed Doherty, Executive Director of Market Development Boston-Manchester March of Dimes. “His leadership and expertise in obstetrics and gynecology is an enormous asset to the board and to our organization’s continued efforts to improve the health of mothers and babies here in the Commonwealth and across the country.”
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Pacific Union College, Dr. Best went on to earn his MD and MPH from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and School of Public Health. Dr. Best performed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California San Francisco. He did fellowships at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
He lives with his wife and three children in Weston.
