March for Babies is a cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. Established in 1970, March for Babies, previously called WalkAmerica, is our largest fundraiser, as well as the oldest nationwide charitable walking event. And we’re always looking for great people to join us!

Funds raised by March for Babies events support research and other programs to prevent preterm birth, birth defects, and infant mortality. With thousands of events held each year throughout the U.S., we provide one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways for you to make a difference in the lives of many. Join us to help every mom, baby, and family get an equal, healthy and safe start.
The need is great
The U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for families of color. With your help, we can work together to change that.
