General Federation of Women's Clubs

Everyone has their own reason for getting involved with March of Dimes. Maybe because a loved one had a preterm, or they want everyone to have a healthy baby free of complications. For any of these reasons and much more, members of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) have partnered with us because we lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies, and they want to families everywhere to have the support and care they need for safe and healthy pregnancy outcomes.

Founded in 1890, GFWC is an international organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service. Its nearly 80,000 members are united in their dedication to create positive change in their communities.
