Family, Career and Community Leaders of America

FCCLA and March of Dimes
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America works with March of Dimes to raise money that helps moms and babies everywhere.
FCCLA

March of Dimes officially pursued an educational partnership with the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) organization in 2005, but its members were fighting for the health of every mom and baby for many years prior to the partnership, raising thousands of dollars for various March of Dimes initiatives. FCCLA chapter projects focus on a variety of youth concerns, including teen pregnancy, parenting and family relationships, among others.

FCCLA is a national career and technical student organization for young people in family and consumer sciences education in public and private schools. It has more than 155,000 members from 4,253 chapters active in a network of associations in 47 states, including Puerto Rico. Since 1945, its members have worked to make positive differences in their families, careers and communities by addressing important personal, work and societal issues through family and consumer sciences education.
