Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
About CRYC
The Northeast Arkansas March of Dimes Chain Reaction Youth Council is made up of approximately 30 students from various surrounding schools. Members have the opportunity to learn various skills from interviewing, logistical planning for events, media relations, and many other business skills. The Council has a strong focus on educating the public about the mission of the March of Dimes as well as raising funds to fight premature birth and other issues affecting the health of babies. We provide students with an excellent opportunity to learn leadership skills and the importance of community involvement. The annual Prom Fashion Show is the Council's largest fundraising event, and has been a local tradition for more than 30 years.
