March of Dimes will present the 5th Annual Transportation, Building & Construction Awards Breakfast to honor the leaders and projects from both the public and private sectors of these industries.  Individuals and projects will be recognized for achievement and leadership in their respective profession, for their efforts to promote economic development within Central Pennsylvania and for serving as community supporters on behalf of mothers and babies.
