March of Dimes 22nd Annual Greenville Real Estate & Economic Development Award Luncheon will be on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Poinsett Club.

Join us as we honor Joe Pazdan, Managing Principal at McMillan Pazdan Smtih, for his many contributions and leadership roles in the Greenville community. Over the last 30 years, Joe has helped to guide the region's revitalization and development and actively championed many of its civic boards and committees.

The Greenville Real Estate Award honors those outstanding individuals or companies whose commercial real estate activities and civic service have significantly enhanced the local community. Past honorees are: Mr. Bob Hughes, Mr. Champ Covington Jr., Mr. T. Walter Brashier, Mr. C. Douglass Harper, Mr. C. Dan Joyner, Mr. Bo Aughtry, Mr. Frank Halter, Mr. Mike McNicholas, Mr. Tommy Thomason, Mrs. Nancy Whitworth, Mr. Jim Anthony, Mr. Stewart Spinks, Mr. Jim Terry, Mr. Buck Welling, Mr. David Glenn, Mr. Jackson Hughes, Mr. Mike Riordan, Mr. Craig Brown, Mrs. Vivian Wong, Mr. DJ Rama, Mr. Tom Croft, Mr. Bryson Thomason, and Mr. Robert Benedict.

Rising Star

The March of Dimes Rising Star Award will be presented to a recipient who has shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments within  the commercial real estate industry (public, private, economic dev, professional services,etc).

Nominees should be 40 yrs. or under and exhibit outstanding leadership, professional competence, community involvement, and ambition.

Development of the Year
The March of Dimes Development of the Year Award will be presented to a new development or re-development/adaptive reuse project that significantly enhances the community. This project should be located within Greenville County and have ground broken or project completion between January 2019 and June 30, 2019.

Nominations for both award categories will be accepted through September 12, 2019. The award will be presented at the March of Dimes Real Estate & Economic Development Award Luncheon at the Poinsett Club on November 12, 2019.
