EVENT DETAILS

Online tickets purchases will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, February 7th.

If you know if anyone who is interested in purchasing tickets the day of the event, please have them visit the March of Dimes table in the Will-Call area located near Gate 4 on Level 2.5.  Tickets are $275 and credit cards and checks will be accepted.  Ticket sales will begin at 5:15 p.m., and the event does not sell out.

First Look for Charity stands as one of Chicago's greatest one-day fundraisers, regularly generating nearly $3 million for 18 area nonprofits, including the March of Dimes.  Held at McCormick Place the evening before the Chicago Auto Show opens its public run, this black-tie event is anticipated by socialites and car buffs alike. Guests are treated to champagne, wine, soft drinks, elegant hors d'oeuvres and desserts -- all while being the first to explore this year's edition of the nation's largest auto show. Additionally, gala attendees will have the chance to win a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer and 2019 Jeep Compass.  Prize vehicle winners must be present during drawing, which takes place at 8:30 p.m. at the main stage.

Getting there:
First Look for Charity is held at McCormick Place located at King Drive at 23rd Street. 

Taxi/Uber:
Pick-up and drop-off service is at Gate 4.

Parking:
Parking Lots A and C will be available for event parking.  Lot B will be CLOSED.  

To access Lot A, enter from I-55 at Martin Luther King Drive and follow signs to Lot A.  You will acccess the Auto Show by using an enclosed elevated walkway.  To access Lot C, enter from Fort Dearborn Drive.

March of Dimes reception:
Individuals who purchase their First Look for Charity tickets from the March of Dimes are cordially invited to a pre-event reception.  Mingle with fellow supporters, while enjoing cocktails and light hors d'oeuvres.

Hotel accommodations:
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place will offer a limited number of discounted rooms for the night of February 8th.   Please note, to receive the disounted rate, reservations MUST be made online.
