March of Dimes will present the 4th Annual Transportation, Building & Construction Awards Breakfast to honor the leaders and projects from both the public and private sectors of these industries.  Individuals and projects will be recognized for achievement and leadership in their respective profession, for their efforts to promote economic development within Central Pennsylvania and for serving as community supporters on behalf of mothers and babies.

8:00 AM  Breakfast, Program and Award Presentation
9:00 AM  Conclusion

Person of the Year/Keynote Speaker:
Robert Scaer, Chairman & CEO, Gannett Fleming

Service to Humanity Award:
Rich Garrison, Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor Recipient

Building Project of the Year:
Shoppes at Belmont:  Waters Retail Group

Transportation Project of the Year:
PA Turnpike Commission:  Harrisburg West Interchange to the Susquehanna River Bridge Total Reconstruction and Widening
