Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
EVENT DETAILS
Now in its 37th year, Golf for Babies has raised over $3.2 million for healthier babies. On Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 at The Golf Club at Lansdowne in Leesburg, Virginia, registered golfers will play a round of 18 holes in foursomes. Lunch is served prior to the shotgun start and the tournament is followed with a cocktail hour, awards reception and dinner, and auction. Golfers will receive a gift from our Nike merchandise tent as our thank you for helping leading the fight for the health of all moms and babies.
Your support of this fun-filled event will help with local programs such as our Family Support Program at the NICUs at Children’s National Medical Center and Inova Fairfax Hospital. Through these two programs alone, we are able to help support the families of more than 90% of the premature births in the D.C. and Northern Virginia areas.
