Celebrating 85 Years of Lasting Impact

The first ever March of Dimes fundraiser was held in 1938, asking the public to send a dime to the white house to help fight polio in America. Today, in honor of our 85th anniversary, we’re again calling on the public to support our mission through the March of Dimes Throwback Fundraiser to fight for the health of all moms and babies.

In honor of our 85th anniversary, support the March of Dimes Throwback Fundraiser to fight for the health of all moms and babies.

Please donate $1.85—about what a dime was worth in 1938—from January 23rd to the 30th, the week leading up to our founder, President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s, birthday.

Today the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth. But you can help change that. Through research, programs, education, and advocacy, our supporters enable us to be there for parents throughout their pregnancies.

Join us to celebrate 85 years of impact and improve the health of families by donating today!
