Delta Sigma Theta

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and March of Dimes officially established a partnership in 2013 to advocate for reduced preterm births, improved health equity and healthy moms and babies. Together we’re continuing to drive programs and funding that are vital to address the maternal and infant health crisis and racial/ethnic disparities that affect healthy birth outcomes in the U.S.

With this partnership, members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. participate in a host of activities such as fundraising for March for Babies, engaging in various awareness events especially in the month of November to commemorate Prematurity Awareness Month, and educating members as well as the community about mental health/postpartum depression and other issues that too many parents and babies face.
