Becoming a Mom/Comenzando Bien® (BAM) is an evidence based, bilingual (English/Spanish) group prenatal education program designed to support healthy pregnancies, informed decision making, and positive postpartum experiences.
Through guided sessions led by trained facilitators, participants gain practical tools, trusted health information, and a supportive community throughout pregnancy and early parenthood.

An updated curriculum aligned with the latest evidence and best practices in prenatal and postpartum care will launch in June 2026.
Licensing and support
Two-year subscription packages are available for both small and large organizations, with scalable access based on facilitator volume and implementation needs.
Optional live onboarding and facilitation coaching sessions are also available.
