Team Youth Award Nomination
The March of Dimes National Youth Council announces the 2013 Team Youth Recognition Program. The Team Youth Leadership Recognition Program is designed to recognize the efforts of outstanding youth volunteer leaders from June 2012 - May 2013. Youth volunteers are defined as students who are in elementary school through college. Student groups including National Service Partners, Chain Reaction, Collegiate Councils, and Youth Councils along with individuals are eligible to apply for the awards.
Please complete and submit the following nomination form. If you would like to make multiple nominations or nominate both individuals and groups, you will need to submit this form multiple times.
All applications and supplement materials must be received on or before July 15, 2013

Do you have lesson plans and curriculum for students?
For the middle school and early high school audience, check out our Teen-2-Teen program. This three part video series, along with a full curriculum, allows teachers, high school students and other community leaders to share healthy lifestyles information with middle school students and 9th graders.

Contact your local March of Dimes office and find out if they have any current programs for students.
Join March for Babies by visiting www.marchforbabies.org - start a new team for your school, campus or club! Or simply ask a few friends to join in your walk for healthy babies.
