With total contributions to March of Dimes initiatives exceeding $33 million, Cigna has been among our most generous and committed supporters for more than a quarter of a century.

In 2018, the Cigna Foundation approved a World of Difference grant to expand the March of Dimes Supportive Pregnancy Care® program into seven new sites. Using a group care model designed to support expecting parents, these sites provide prenatal health care and education as well as foster health literacy and health equity to help moms and families take charge of their well-being.
