2015 National Ambassador Meets President Obama

March of Dimes 2015 National Ambassador Elijah Jackson, age 12, met fellow basketball fan President Obama in the Oval Office of the White House. Elijah was accompanied by his parents Elise and Todd, March of Dimes Board member John Rainey, chief financial officer and executive vice president of United Airlines, and March of Dimes president Dr. Jennifer L. Howse. Elijah presented the President with a purple March for Babies baseball cap to signify the annual nationwide event, which raises funds for healthier moms and babies.
