Maryland–National Capital Area grants
Helping moms and babies in Maryland and the National Capital Area
The March of Dimes uses gifts wisely and funds programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. Each year, we award grants to external organizations across our chapter to address unmet maternal and infant health needs.
Community grants are one way the March of Dimes pursues its mission of saving babies by preventing premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality. See our current funding priorities, current grants, past awards and mission investments to learn the types of programs and research grants we fund.
Prior to completing an application for chapter grant funding, potential applicants must participate in a grant training call (click here for details and register for a training call) and inform us of your intent to apply.
