What are the requirements to receive a grant?
Our grants and awards go to programs that address unmet medical needs for Indiana's moms and babies. Our funds typically go toward evidence-based programs that focus on increasing access to prenatal care and smoking cessation during pregnancy.
What projects and programs have received grants?
Contact our chapter office at (317) 262-4668 or toll free at (800) 844-9255 to find out more about the types of programs we fund.
What do I need to do to apply for a March of Dimes Indiana Chapter grant?
Applying for a grant is easy. Start by downloading the Letter of Intent (LOI) instructions, cover sheet and template. Fill out the forms and send them to Jeena Siela, MPH, Director of Program Services. After review by our volunteer Program Services committee, those chosen to submit a full proposal (RFP) will be contacted. For more details, email us or call (800) 844-9255.
