Volunteer leaders needed to help with marketing communications planning, web strategies, graphic design and layout (using InDesign and other Adobe programs), media outreach including partnership development, press release writing and story pitching. With all events, volunteers with expertise in photography and audiovisual services are always needed. Variety of short and long-term positions available to assist with projects to build awareness of the March of Dimes mission and materials to support fundraising events. Seeking professionals to serve on our Program Services Committee. Individuals with maternal child health, public health, rural health, social work, and/or grant writing experience needed to assist with advancing March of Dimes mission in Georgia. March for Babies
Volunteers are needed in communities across the state to sell sponsorship opportunities, recruit volunteers and new teams, and to plan and implement kick off, rally and walk day activities. Volunteers are also needed for day-of set-up and breakdown, greeting walkers and sponsors and staffing family/mission tents. If interested, please call (404) 350-9800.
Special Event Volunteers
There are many opportunities available for involvement with the March of Dimes other fundraising events like Signature Chefs Auctions, Dining Out, Nurse of the Year and The Farmer & The Chef.
