Program participants have long been requesting a holiday voyage that could meet their accessibility needs.
On March 31, 2006, a few staff members and almost a dozen consumers sailed away on our first fully accessible cruise. The accessible cruise, which was funded entirely by the participants, was a pilot project of Recreation and Integration Services. For seven days the ship traveled around the Eastern Caribbean, docking regularly for land excursions. The trip was enjoyed by all who attended and work began to make seven day trips a regular part of our year.
Since then our group sizes have increased to almost forty and we have travelled to Mexico, Grand Cayman, Belize, Fort Lauderdale, Key West, the Bahamas, Alaska, New England and Las Vegas!

Eastern Caribbean Cruise - $2950
April 17-24, 2010
Join us as we sail to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Turks and Caicos, and the Bahamas on Princess Cruise Lines Star Princess. The cost of this vacation includes round trip flight from Toronto, transfers, double-occupancy accommodation, attendant care services as required, meals, select shore excursions, taxes and fees.
Alternative departure cities are available, but may change the package cost.
