In recognition of Stroke Awareness Month, Stroke Recovery Canada, a program of March of Dimes Canada in partnership with Therapist’s Choice, is hosting a

Stroke Recovery Fair
1 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday, May 7, 2008

Therapist’s Choice, 944 Lawrence Ave. W.
(west of Dufferin on the north side of Lawrence)

Open to the public, the Stroke Recovery Fair is an opportunity for stroke survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to come together to share information about local resources and discuss available services. The day will include sessions on Caregiver Support and Sexuality & the Stroke Survivor.

2 — 4 p.m.  Caregiver Support Session
5 — 7 p.m. Sexuality & the Stroke Survivor

Light refreshments will be served
Door Prizes
Free parking

Exhibits and displays from various community groups, home care agencies, mobility and home medical equipment, aids to daily living, plus much more.
