The Community Grant program supports projects innovative projects that address racial/ethnic disparities and have potential to improve birth outcomes and reduce premature birth rates. Funding enhances the availability and quality of health care and prevention services for women and babies throughout California.
Community Awards fund small-scale community-based programs that address the health of women before, during and after pregnancy, and the health of their infants, and promote equity in birth outcomes.

2014 Community Awards
To be eligible for any type of grant funding from the California Chapter, organizations must be an incorporated not-for-profit 501(c)(3) or for-profit organization or government agency providing services in California. The March of Dimes does not award grants to individuals.
